From a family estate dating to 1600, farmed across 60 hand-harvested parcels on galets, sand, and limestone soils. a blend of 45% Grenache Blanc, 45% Clairette, 5% Picpoul and 5% Bourboulenc, with fewer than 300 cases produced each year. Yellow citrus, white peach, honeysuckle, and green apple, with bright acidity and a long, floral, mineral finish. Rare, precise, and quietly stunning.
