Ordering

What's your lead time for orders?

Two days is our standard order lead time for delivery of the gift boxes, baskets and grazing boards offered on the website.

You can pick-up your order at our location in SF's Dogpatch neighborhood free of charge with a 1-day (24 hr) lead time. Same day, rush orders are available for pick-up upon request. Please email us if you need a rush order.

For custom orders and catering requests, a week or more is ideal. the longer the lead time, the greater the window we have to forage for products, perishables and all the special details with your special project in mind.

In any case, if you need a rapid turn-around of a gift or grazing board, we're just an email away. We'll do our very best to help you with all your unexpected and last minute needs.

Do you do custom orders?

We LOVE working with our clients to create a custom, memorable experience.

The gift boxes on our site are just a framework for what we are able to accomplish. If you have something specific in mind, not exactly represented in our online offering but within our wheelhouse, we are happy to work with you to tailor a solution specific to your needs and desired price point.

Our custom projects have included customized and branded gift baskets, boxes and swag bags, large scale picnic boxes, virtual happy hour and corporate zoom canapé boxes, produce crates, fruit baskets and more.

Do you do custom catering?

Custom Catering is our middle name! We bring more than a decade of experience creating custom boards for large events as well as executing beautiful floral and grazing installations.

Drop us a note and let us know what you have in mind and the # of people or quantity involved. We'll work with you to create a impressionable experience within your budget.

Note: We rent out our boards with a refundable deposit & pick up fee dependent on the location of the event.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We try and limit our delivery radius to ~30 miles outside of San Francisco, but are willing to go as far north as Sonoma and south to San Jose.  Our website distance validator covers all zip codes in San Francisco County and many densely populated areas of Marin, San Mateo, Alameda and Santa Clara Counties.

If your delivery location falls outside our standard radius, drop us a note to see if an exception or special delivery accommodation can be made.

When do you deliver?

Our standard delivery window is Monday thru Saturday, noon to 6pm with a 2-day order lead time.

By special request, especially for large, custom or catering orders, we can accommodate most delivery time requests.

What if I'm outside your delivery radius?

If your delivery location falls outside our standard radius, drop us a note to see if an exception or special delivery accommodation can be made.

For large orders and catering requests, we are typically able to factor in greater delivery expense without significantly impacting budget.

Can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order at our location in the American Industrial Center in San Francisco's Dogpatch neighborhood, free of charge, Mon-Sat, 10am-6pm.

We request a 24 hr lead time for pick-up orders. You will be asked to specify your pickup date and time slot at checkout.

We can usually accommodate same day readiness upon special request.

Do you offer shipping?

We are currently working on setting up our operation and enabling our website for nationwide shipping of non-perishable product orders. We expect to have this fully functional in the near future.
