From the granite-laced Lima River valley in Portugal's far northwest, where Atlantic winds keep things cool and alive. Vasco Croft — former architect turned biodynamic pioneer — farms these vines with horses, bees, and plant extracts, vinifying in a medieval cellar without electricity. Native yeast, skin contact, aged on lees. The result is electric: green apple, Asian pear, citrus zest, wild herbs, and a whisper of beeswax on a lean, saline frame. Bright acidity, stony minerality, and a long, snappy finish. Low alcohol, endlessly refreshing, and completely its own thing.
