A blend of furmint and hárslevelu (the two most important grapes in Tokaj). Salty, high-acid and completely dry with sufficient texture to stand up well to food. Utterly delicious and an outrageous deal for an organic wine of this quality and character. Perfect with shellfish, chicken or something spicy.
